How we got there
Designed and launched the Product Practice Guide -- a scalable learning hub with 40+ resources, Quick Start Guides, and workshop-ready content. Built the L1-L4 OKR cascade framework and facilitated 15 executive workshops connecting roadmaps to measurable outcomes.
The situation
Kaiser Permanente's $350M digital portfolio had no shared product standards. 70+ teams operated inconsistently, coaches were stretched thin, and new hires started without orientation on how product worked at KP.
