Most of my work starts the same way. A team is stuck. They have smart people, good intentions, and no shared picture of what they're actually building or why. I come in, name what's happening, build just enough structure to get people moving, and stay until the work is self-sustaining.
I design AI-informed recommendation engines, build clinical trial simulators, and created the 340+ skill AI agent system that runs this site and my consulting practice. Currently available for full-time roles and consulting engagements.
