I coach PMs, directors, and founders through the hard parts: building AI products responsibly, navigating ambiguous orgs, managing up, making career moves, and figuring out what kind of leader you want to be.

This is not a course or a curriculum. It is structured 1:1 time with someone who has coached 150+ PMs and led product in healthtech, defense, and enterprise. We work on your actual problems.

Sessions are typically biweekly, 60 minutes, over a 3-month engagement.
