How it's built
How I built it
I made this for the PM who knows they should have evals but has never built one and does not know where to start. It teaches the idea first, then walks you through building a rubric, a starter golden dataset, and a pipeline you can actually run. The decision that shaped it was treating it as a worksheet rather than a lecture: you leave with a downloadable plan, not just an understanding.
