It reads your PM Skill Matrix results when you have them, so the practice recommendations point at your actual weak spots instead of generic advice. A candidate mode reframes the whole thing for the person being interviewed.

How it's built
How I built it
I built this because both sides of a PM interview are underserved. Hiring managers wing it with questions that do not reveal much, and candidates rehearse against lists that never say what good looks like. The kit gives you the question, the criteria, and the follow-ups in one place. The decision I am happiest with was wiring it to the Skill Matrix: if you have already mapped your skills, the practice it suggests targets the domains you are weakest in, so prep is pointed instead of generic.
