Bright, indirect
Bright indirect light, or a few hours of gentle direct sun, deepens the marbling. A bright window or hanger is perfect. Too little light spaces out the leaves.
Every 2–3 weeks, much less in winter. Plump leaves mean happy; flat or shriveled leaves mean thirsty.
Gritty, fast-draining cactus or succulent mix with extra perlite.
A pot with a drainage hole; terracotta helps the soil dry out.
Rarely, every 2–3 years. It likes being a little snug. Repot in spring.
Lay a strand on soil and pin nodes down to root, or root the small tubers (beads) that form along the vines.
Non-toxic to cats and dogs.
