What does Win Tracker do?

Win Tracker is a running log of your accomplishments and the praise you receive at work. Capture a win in a sentence, paste a screenshot of the Slack shout-out, and tag it for raise ammo, resume, portfolio, leadership, or impact. When review season or a job search arrives, filter and export your wins as resume bullets, Markdown, or CSV so you walk in with evidence instead of trying to remember.

Yes, free, and no account. There are no limits on how many wins you can log.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

Everything stays in your own browser via localStorage, including any screenshots or files you attach. Nothing is uploaded to a server. Because of that, your wins live on the device and browser where you logged them, and clearing your browser data will remove them, so export anything you want to keep.

How do I get my wins out?

Accepted Answer

Use the export bar at the bottom. "Copy as bullets" puts your wins on the clipboard ready to paste into a resume or self-review, "Export .md" downloads a Markdown file, and "Export .csv" downloads a spreadsheet-friendly file. Exports respect the tag filter, so you can export just your raise ammo if you want.
