How it's built
How I built it
I built this because every team I worked with had a story about how AI-mature they were, and the story was almost always rosier than the reality. The assessment scores you across 6 dimensions with indicators that change depending on your role, so a PM and an engineer are not graded on the same yardstick. The decision I am proudest of is keeping the scoring fully deterministic: an honest snapshot you can trust is worth far more than a flattering one a model might generate.
