How it's built
How I built it
I built this because the standard meeting-cost calculators undersell the problem: they multiply heads by hourly rate and stop, when the bigger loss is the deep work that gets shredded on either side of a calendar invite. This one counts that context-switching tax, so the number lands hard enough to actually change behavior, and then it hands you a plan instead of just a guilt trip. The decision I am proudest of is making it end in an action plan, because a scary number with no next step just makes people feel bad and book the meeting anyway.
