How it's built
How I built it
I built this because PM advice almost always assumes one kind of PM, and most of the friction I have watched on teams comes from people being a different type than the role expected. The assessment names your archetype and, just as usefully, names who you complement, so it reads as a teaming tool rather than a horoscope. The decision I am proudest of is keeping it to 18 questions and 90 seconds: short enough that people actually finish it and share it with their team, which is where it earns its keep.
