How it's built
How I built it
I built this as the team-level companion to the ProductType assessment, because knowing your own archetype only goes so far if you cannot see the shape of the whole team. It lays out where you are strong, where you are thin, and what to hire or develop for next, instead of leaving gaps to surface during a crisis. The decision I am proudest of is grounding it in the balanced teams framework rather than my own opinion, so the gaps it flags are defensible when you take them to a hiring conversation.
