My first tech job, as a Certified Scrum Master at a web agency in Gainesville and Atlanta. I facilitated agile delivery across web and e-commerce, scaled from one team to three, and was PM on AutoTrader’s MakeMyDeal, a 24-person team that was Cox Automotive’s fastest-growing unit.
The highlight: our hackathon crew, Team Orange, rebuilt PlanningPoker.com with Mike Cohn and launched it at the Global Scrum Gathering. I won Office Culture Champion two years running.
