In this role
I embedded with Thinkific’s Lower Decks team to stand up an Asset Library MVP against a proven churn driver: customers could not manage content at scale. I ran inception, built a lean Jira backlog, paired daily with their PM, and synthesized 15+ Gong customer calls into the evidence base that justified the bet.
The hardest part was not the build. It was navigating a heavyweight quarterly-planning org as an embedded outsider, with all the hard-earned lessons that came with it.
