In this role

B Lab’s product org was siloed around individual tools instead of company outcomes, and the SDG Action Manager was hurting: 55% of companies never answered a single question, 90% abandoned, an NPS of 26.

I ran 18 stakeholder interviews and a card sort, mapped the certification journey end to end, rewrote the product vision around three outcome pillars, specced the B Corp Directory redesign, and then hired and onboarded my own full-time replacement.
