In this role
Through Sagely I coached Air Force software teams at the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing, and at the same time helped the company itself pivot from consultant-powered to app-powered coaching.
I authored a 5-phase coaching framework, built immersive curriculum with a Phoenix Project book club, and designed the learning-path persona matrix and roadmap for their product. SBIR Phase I validated it: 72% of the test group reported increased engagement.
