In this role
Kaiser’s digital org had 70+ teams shipping outputs, not outcomes, with no shared product practice. I built the learning hub that reached roughly 20,000 IT staff, authored the Quick Start Guides and 12 interactive workshops, designed the L1-L4 OKR cascade, and coached teams across 9 experience groups from project-thinking to product-thinking.
The candid transformation memo I wrote diagnosing the culture (HiPPO decisions, 144 fragmented OKRs, a full year forecast in Q3) is some of the work I am proudest of.
