The free tool tailors timing to your climate and lets you save this plant.
Bright, indirect
Bright indirect light, no direct sun. A humid spot like a bathroom or kitchen, or near other plants, keeps the fronds from crisping.
Often, sometimes every few days in dry air. Check daily in summer.
Rich, moisture-retentive potting mix with peat or coco coir.
Pot with drainage; hanging baskets show off the fronds.
Every 1–2 years in spring when roots fill the pot.
Divide the root ball into clumps at repotting, each with roots and fronds, and pot up separately.
Non-toxic to cats and dogs.
