The brightest window you have, a south or west sill is ideal. It needs real sun to stay compact.
Every 2–3 weeks in summer, monthly or less in winter.
Cactus / succulent mix, very fast-draining.

Every 2–3 years, or to remove and pot up the offsets (pups).
Separate the pups that grow at the base and pot them individually. Let cut surfaces callus a day first.
