In this role

I built a science-backed menopause decision-support product from concept to MVP as fractional Director of Product. That meant everything from the HIPAA-aware AWS architecture to a 150+ symptom model, an AI recommendation engine (the FLUXX Score), and a 20-member Clinician Advisory Board I recruited and onboarded.

We shipped in under six months, the quiz crossed 800+ completions, and organic traffic nearly tripled month over month.
