In this role

Sperity had a strong longevity vision living entirely in conversations, not systems. As fractional Director of Product I ran a working-backwards session to align the founders, built the roadmap and backlog from scratch, and co-designed the Sperity Score with physicians: a daily 0-100 wellness metric pulling Whoop, glucose, and biomarker data.

We shipped a HIPAA-compliant MVP in four months and moved the team from founder-driven decisions to repeatable delivery.
